How can I book a parking space on airportparking.ch?
You can easily make a booking online at www.airportparking.ch. You will immediately receive a detailed booking confirmation by email.
How can I book a parking space without a return flight?
If you want to book a parking space without a return flight, please proceed as follows:
- When booking, enter the special code 'No000' in the 'Flight number' field.
- Enter 'not available' in the 'Return flight' field.
This will inform our system accordingly and you can book your car park as required.
Do I have to make a reservation?
We recommend booking in advance in all cases. Especially during holiday periods and weekends, we may not have any free parking spaces available.
I have booked a parking space but haven't received a booking confirmation, what should I do?
The booking confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder. If that doesn't help, please send us an email at geneva@airportparking.ch.
I want to change my booking, what should I do?
You can adjust your booking independently using the link in your booking confirmation or on the homepage of airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can notify us of the change in writing by email to geneva@airportparking.ch so that we can adjust the parking duration accordingly.
I want to cancel my booking. What should I do and what are the conditions?
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the agreed parking start time (booked vehicle drop-off time). You can cancel your booking independently using the link in your booking confirmation or on the homepage of airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can cancel by email to geneva@airportparking.ch. In both cases, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email and the parking fee paid online will be credited to the payment method used. The refund usually takes 2-3 working days. No refund will be granted after this period.
We are traveling in a group with several vehicles, can we drop off multiple vehicles at the same time?
Yes, you can arrive with multiple vehicles. However, you must make a reservation for each vehicle.
Where can I find the parking fees at airportparking.ch?
On the homepage of www.airportparking.ch, you can enter the desired parking duration, after which the currently valid price will be displayed. Prices may vary seasonally and depending on demand and occupancy.
When and how do I have to pay the parking fees?
The parking fees are paid directly during online booking by credit card, PostFinance, or Twint. Soon you will also be able to pay with GooglePay, ApplePay, or PayPal. In case of on-site booking, payment must be made in cash or by card when handing over the keys.
Where is the Airportparking counter at Geneva Airport and how do I get to check-in the fastest?
Our counter is located on check-in level "E", near the external elevators. The parking spaces are in the reserved "Valet Parking Services" area in the airport's main parking garage P1, level -3.
Is it possible for someone else to drop off or pick up my vehicle?
Yes, that's possible, just enter both names when booking. The person picking up the vehicle from us after return must identify themselves with a passport or ID card to receive the vehicle key.
Can I keep my vehicle keys?
Absolutely not. The valet parking service is designed to create space at the airport. You are obligated to hand over both the key and parking ticket to us, as your booking constitutes a contract between us. If you do not report to the counter, you will have to pay the parking fees at the airport cashiers and there will be no refund of the parking fee paid at airportparking.ch.
Where is my vehicle parked during my stay?
During your absence, your vehicle will be parked in one of our parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the airport (either outdoors or covered). On your return, your vehicle will be taken back to the airport at P1, level -3. You will need to go to the counter to collect the key and parking ticket.
Can I charge my electric vehicle during my stay?
Yes, upon request, we will fully charge your electric vehicle during your absence for a flat fee of 40 CHF.
How does the wash service work?
We work with the company "Easy Wash" in Meyrin. After handing over the keys, your vehicle will be moved so that our partner can provide the service.
Does the service also work on the French side of the airport?
No, our service is only available on the Swiss side.
If I'm coming from France, is it mandatory to have a highway vignette?
To avoid paying for the vignette, please drive through either the Ferney-Voltaire customs or the St. Julien-en-Genevois customs, depending on your origin.
What types of vehicles can I park?
We only accept cars. The maximum height for parking garage P1 is 2 meters. For particularly large vehicles, you must contact us in advance so that we can check the availability of suitable spaces. Please send us an email at geneva@airportparking.ch for this purpose.
What security measures are taken to protect the vehicles?
Our outdoor parking spaces are fenced and regularly monitored. Our indoor parking spaces are additionally secured and partially video monitored.
My outbound or return flight has been changed, what should I do?
You can adjust your booking independently using the link in your booking confirmation or on the homepage of airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can notify us of the change in writing by email to geneva@airportparking.ch. Please inform us of any changes at least 12 hours before vehicle pick-up or drop-off. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees. Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions for further details.
If your return flight is unfortunately diverted to Lyon, you can pick up your vehicle the following day from 04:00 when our counter opens. For further questions or information, please contact our parking staff at +41 79 785 90 00.
My outbound flight has been cancelled, what should I do?
If you cannot start your journey and your vehicle has already been picked up from the drop-off point, a fee will be charged. However, the remaining parking fee will be refunded. If your flight is delayed, you can adjust the booking using the link in your booking confirmation or on the homepage of airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can notify us of the change in writing by email to geneva@airportparking.ch so that we can adjust the parking duration accordingly.
My return flight has been cancelled, what should I do?
You can adjust your booking independently using the link in your booking confirmation or on the homepage of airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can notify us of the change in writing by email to geneva@airportparking.ch. You can pay for an extension of the parking duration online or by card at the counter upon return.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged during my stay?
We create a damage report when picking up and returning the vehicle. According to our Terms and Conditions, we are liable for damages that occur while in our custody. We are not liable for damages caused by third parties in parking garage P1, theft, and all other damages not caused by us. For more information, please consult our Terms and Conditions.
