How do I book parking at Geneva Airport online?
Booking parking at Geneva Airport (GVA) on airportparking.ch takes less than 2 minutes:

How can I book a parking space without a return flight?
If you would like to book a parking space without a return flight, enter the special code "No000" in the "flight number" field. In the "return flight" field, you can enter "not available".
This informs our system accordingly and your booking can be completed without a return flight number. Please inform us in good time as soon as your return time is known or if your pick-up time changes.
Do I have to reserve my parking space at Geneva Airport in advance?
We recommend always booking in advance on www.airportparking.ch - especially during holiday periods and at weekends, when capacity fills up quickly.

Please inform us of changes at least 12 hours before the agreed time. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
How can I cancel my booking, and what are the conditions?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked vehicle drop-off time - via the link in the booking confirmation or by e-mail to geneva@airportparking.ch.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail, and the parking fee will be refunded within 2-3 working days. After the 24-hour deadline, no refund will be granted.
We are travelling as a group with several vehicles - can we drop them all off at the same time?
Yes, you can arrive with several vehicles at the same time. However, a separate booking is required for each vehicle.
Is there a minimum parking duration at Geneva Airport?

Can I park at Geneva Airport without booking in advance?
An on-site booking is generally possible, subject to available capacity. However, we strongly recommend booking online in advance: you secure your space, know the rate upfront, and vehicle handover is faster.
For on-site or very last-minute bookings, the rate valid at the time of booking applies, plus a late-booking surcharge. Payment is made by card when handing over the key.
In which car park at Geneva Airport is airportparking.ch located?
airportparking.ch is located in car park P1 at Geneva Airport (GVA) - also known as "P1 parking Geneva airport" - on level -3, in the "Service voiturier" (valet parking) zone.
Take the lift to level E (departures). Our counter is located directly at the lift exit, next to the external lifts. Hand over your vehicle key and parking ticket there.
Is there a map or directions for car park P1 at Geneva Airport?
Yes. Your booking confirmation contains a link to the exact route. Follow the signs for "Aéroport", then "Service voiturier" or "Parking P1".
Enter car park P1, take a ticket at the entrance and drive down to level -3. Keep right, drive to the barrier of the "Service voiturier" zone and use the interphone - our team will open the barrier for you.

What should I do if the barrier does not open?

Is airportparking.ch available on the French side of the airport?
No, our service is located exclusively on the Swiss side of Geneva Airport.
If I am travelling from France, do I need a Swiss motorway vignette?
Depending on your route, a Swiss motorway vignette may be required. To avoid the Swiss motorway, choose a route via Ferney-Voltaire or Saint-Julien-en-Genevois.
Please check your route in your navigation system before departure.
How does vehicle drop-off work - what do I need to bring?
Drive to car park P1, take a ticket at the entrance and go down to level -3. Follow the signs to the "Service voiturier" zone.
At the barrier, use the interphone; our team will open the barrier. Park in one of the designated spaces, then take the lift to level E (departures). At the counter, hand over the vehicle key and parking ticket.
Please bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID. Do not leave valuables in the vehicle.
Can I keep my vehicle keys?
No. Handing over the key together with the parking ticket is contractually required. This is the only way we can move your vehicle to the reserved space and have it ready for your return.
If you do not hand over the key, you will have to pay the parking fees at the airport machines. An administrative fee of CHF 200 may also be charged, without refund of amounts already paid to airportparking.ch.
Can another person drop off or pick up my vehicle?
Yes, this is possible. Enter both names when booking. The person dropping off or picking up the vehicle must present a passport or identity card and know the booking number.
How does the car wash service work?
Our car wash service is provided in cooperation with Easy Wash in Meyrin. After vehicle drop-off, your car is transferred to our partner, professionally cleaned and made available in time for your return.
You can choose between an exterior wash (CHF 80), interior cleaning (CHF 120) or a full clean (CHF 180). Book during online reservation or at the counter when dropping off the vehicle.
Can my electric vehicle be charged while I am away?
Yes, with our Battery Recharge service, we charge your electric vehicle during the parking period for a flat fee of CHF 40.
Please note that the actual charge may depend on vehicle type, battery condition, technical availability and charging infrastructure. If you would like a charge to 80 % or 100 %, please let us know when handing over the vehicle - without guarantee of systematically reaching that level.
Is airportparking.ch a valet parking service at Geneva Airport?

Shuttle parking providers offer outdoor spaces away from the airport with a bus connection. The transfer can take an additional 15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic.

Where is my vehicle parked while I am away?
Your vehicle is parked on one of our spaces near the airport: an outdoor space with Comfort Parking, or a covered space with First Class Parking.

Is my car insured while parked?
Liability is governed by our General Terms and Conditions. After vehicle drop-off, we create a damage report to document the vehicle's condition.
airportparking.ch is only liable for damage demonstrably caused by its employees. Excluded in particular: damage by third parties, theft, natural events (hail, snow), technical defects or battery problems.

What security measures protect my vehicle?
Our outdoor car parks are fenced and regularly patrolled. First Class Parking is covered and partially video-monitored. Vehicle keys are stored securely; only authorised staff have access.
Please note that there is no permanent individual surveillance of each vehicle.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged while I am away?
If you notice damage at vehicle return that was not documented in the handover report, please report it immediately on site.
Send us an e-mail within 24 hours at geneva@airportparking.ch with photos and a description. We will open a case and assess liability in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
How do I pick up my car when I return?
Go to the airportparking.ch counter on level E (departures), directly at the lift exit, next to the external lifts. Collect your key and exit ticket there. Your vehicle is ready on level -3.
Take the lift to level -3. At the exit of the "Service voiturier" zone, use the interphone; our team will open the barrier. Exit the car park with your exit ticket.

What happens if my flight is delayed - do I have to pay extra?
Flight delays on the same calendar day are generally not a problem. Please nevertheless inform us as early as possible if your return changes significantly.
Pick-up time corresponds to landing time plus 90 minutes. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged.
If your return is extended by one or more days, adjust your booking online or inform us by e-mail. The additional parking duration will be charged according to current rates.
What happens if I park longer than booked?
Adjust your booking via the booking link or inform us at geneva@airportparking.ch at least 12 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
The difference will be calculated according to current rates. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an additional fee of CHF 50 may be charged.
Can I leave earlier than booked?
An earlier pick-up is generally possible. Please inform us as early as possible via the booking link or at geneva@airportparking.ch so that we can prepare your vehicle in time.
A shorter parking duration does not entitle you to a refund. Without prior notice, waiting times may occur.
Can I enter and exit several times during the booking period?
Our service is designed for one vehicle handover on arrival and one pick-up on return. Multiple entries and exits are therefore not intended.
If you urgently need your vehicle in between, please contact us in advance at geneva@airportparking.ch.
My outbound or return flight has changed - what should I do?

If your return flight is diverted to Lyon, you can collect your vehicle the following day from 04:00. Please inform us as early as possible. The additional day will be charged according to current rates.
My outbound flight has been cancelled - what should I do?
If you are unable to travel, please inform us as soon as possible at geneva@airportparking.ch.
If your vehicle has already been handed over or moved, an administrative fee of CHF 50 is due. The remaining parking fee will be refunded. If your outbound flight is only delayed, adjust the booking via the link in the booking confirmation.
My return flight has been cancelled - what should I do?
Please extend your booking via the link in your confirmation or directly on airportparking.ch. Also inform us at geneva@airportparking.ch.
Please let us know of any changes at least 12 hours before the agreed pick-up time. The difference will be calculated according to current rates. Additional payment can be made online or by card at the counter on your return.
Which vehicle types are accepted? Are there size restrictions?
We accept private cars only. The maximum vehicle height for car park P1 is 2.00 metres.
For particularly wide or large vehicles, please contact us in advance at geneva@airportparking.ch so that we can check the availability of suitable spaces.
Are there parking spaces for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Please contact us in advance at geneva@airportparking.ch. Our team will do its best to offer you a suitable solution with short access to the lift or terminal.
There are no additional costs compared with the rate already paid.
What are the opening hours at Geneva Airport?
Our counter at Geneva Airport (GVA) is open daily from 04:00 to 24:00. In the event of flight delays, our team remains available until the airport closes.
