- This Privacy Policy contains information about how personal data is processed by Airportparking.

- What personal data do we process?
- Personal data is information that can be used to identify you or that we can otherwise assign to you.
- When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide as well as any information provided by your device (name, email, IP address, vehicle details, mobile number, address, flight data, etc.). We also process application documents submitted by you as part of a job application.
- When you use the website, the following data is also logged and stored in log files: IP address, date, time and duration of access, information about the operating system or browser and browser version, URL of the previously visited website (incl. subpages), name of the retrieved file, transferred data volume, device-specific information and other access data.
- When ordering one of our services, the following data is collected: name, address, email address, telephone number, IP address, username, password, vehicle make, vehicle license plate, flight number, flight destination. Credit card data is collected and stored exclusively by the payment service provider.
- How and for what purposes do we use your data?
- We use your personal data to process your request on our website. We base this on our legitimate interest in being able to answer incoming inquiries. You are not obliged to provide personal data, but in some circumstances it may not be possible for us to respond to your request if we do not receive sufficient information. We also use data that we need for technical reasons for the operation and maintenance of our website and for the prevention and investigation of unlawful use of our website.

- The newsletter is sent via Mailchimp.com. For this purpose, your email address is shared with said provider. By using our website, you consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose and its disclosure to our provider.

- We do not sell your personal data and do not otherwise disclose it to third parties, unless required by law, ordered by a court or administrative order, or necessary to enforce legal claims.
