How can I book a parking space at Zurich Airport on airportparking.ch?
You can book your Zurich Airport parking space easily online at www.airportparking.ch - in less than 2 minutes. Enter your parking dates and vehicle type, choose between Standard Parking outdoors and covered Premium Parking, then pay securely by credit card, PostFinance or Twint. You will immediately receive a detailed booking confirmation by e-mail.
How can I book a parking space without a return flight?
If you would like to book a parking space without a return flight, enter the special code “No000” in the “flight number” field. In the “return flight” field, you can enter “not available”.
This informs our system accordingly and your booking can be completed without a return flight number. Please inform us in good time as soon as your return time is known or if your pick-up time changes.
Do I have to reserve my Zurich Airport parking space in advance?
We recommend booking in advance in all cases - especially during holiday periods and at weekends, when capacity can fill up quickly. Early bookers also benefit from better prices: customers who book two to three weeks in advance can save up to 30% compared with last-minute bookings.
I have booked but have not received a booking confirmation - what should I do?
Please check your spam folder first. If the confirmation is not there, please write to us at kundendienst@airportparking.ch - we will clarify this promptly.
How can I change my booking?
You can adjust the date, time and parking duration yourself via the link in your booking confirmation or directly on airportparking.ch. Alternatively, you can write to us at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
Please inform us of any changes to the vehicle drop-off or pick-up time at least 12 hours before the agreed time. If changes are not communicated or are communicated too late, delays may occur; in the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
How can I cancel my booking, and what are the conditions?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked vehicle drop-off time - via the link in the booking confirmation or by e-mail to kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation by e-mail, and the parking fee will be refunded to the payment method used within 2-3 working days. After the 24-hour deadline, no refund will be granted.
We are travelling as a group with several vehicles - can we drop them all off at the same time?
Yes, you can arrive with several vehicles at the same time. However, a separate booking is required for each vehicle.
Is there a minimum parking duration?
No - there is no minimum parking duration at airportparking.ch. You can also park your vehicle for just one day.
Does airportparking.ch offer Park and Fly at Zurich Airport?
Yes. airportparking.ch offers Park and Fly at Zurich Airport: you book your parking space online, drive to car park P3 on level 5 on the day of travel, hand over your vehicle or key and reach check-in in around 2 minutes on foot.
During your absence, your vehicle is parked on the booked parking space near the airport and prepared for pick-up when you return.
Can I arrive earlier than booked?
An earlier vehicle drop-off is generally possible, subject to availability. Please adjust your booking via the link in the confirmation e-mail if possible, or inform us by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
Please inform us of any change to the drop-off time at least 12 hours before the agreed time. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

When and how do I pay the parking fees?
The parking fees are paid directly during the online booking by credit card, PostFinance, Twint, Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal. In the case of an on-site booking, payment must be made by card when handing over the key.
Are there additional fees for changing a booking?

Is there a discount code for airportparking.ch?

Discount codes cannot be combined. Tip: early-booking rates are usually more attractive than a discount code applied to a last-minute price.
Can I park without booking in advance?
In principle, an on-site booking is possible, subject to available capacity. However, we strongly recommend booking in advance: you secure your parking space, see the valid price in advance and the vehicle handover is faster and smoother.
For an on-site booking or a very short-notice booking, the rate valid at the time of booking applies, plus a Late-Booking surcharge. Payment is made by card when handing over the key.
In which car park at Zurich Airport is airportparking.ch located?
airportparking.ch is located in car park P3 at Zurich Airport, on level 5. Follow the signs to “Parking P3” and drive up to level 5. Then follow the signs to Airportparking and drive to the secured area with a barrier.
To open the barrier, insert the ticket you took when entering the car park into the machine. Our reserved drop-off and pick-up spaces as well as the counter are clearly signposted on site. From here, you can reach the check-in area of the terminal comfortably and weather-protected in around 2 minutes by lift.

Is there a map or parking plan for car park P3 at Zurich Airport?
Yes. Your booking confirmation contains a link to the exact Google Maps coordinates. From the Kloten motorway exit, follow the airport signs and then the signs to “Parking P3”. The official map of all airport car parks is also available on the Zurich Airport website.

What should I do if the barrier does not open?
If the barrier does not open when entering or exiting, please press the help button or call button at the barrier column. The parking facility is operated by Zurich Airport; support is available directly on site via the intercom.
Please also check that you are on level 5 in car park P3 and that the parking ticket has been read correctly. If the issue is related to your booking, our team will be happy to help you at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
How does vehicle drop-off work - what do I need to bring?
Drive to car park P3, level 5, and follow the signs to Airportparking. During counter opening hours from 04:30 to 22:00, you hand over the vehicle key directly to our counter team. Please bring your booking confirmation, either digital or printed, and a valid photo ID.
Before 04:30 and after 22:00, the key is handed over via the key box. The relevant information is provided as part of your booking or on site in the counter area. After drop-off, we create a damage report and move your vehicle to the booked parking space.
Can I keep my vehicle keys?
No. Handing over the key is part of our parking service and is contractually required. This is the only way we can move your vehicle to the booked parking space and have it ready in time for your return.
If you do not report to the counter or do not hand over the vehicle key, an administrative fee of CHF 200 may be charged. In this case, there is also no entitlement to a refund of the parking fee already paid.
Can another person drop off or pick up my vehicle?
Yes, this is possible. Please enter both names when booking. The person dropping off or picking up the vehicle must present a passport or identity card and know the booking number. We recommend informing us briefly in advance by e-mail.
How does the car wash service work?
Our car wash service is provided in cooperation with SHB Car Solution AG in Glattbrugg. After vehicle drop-off, your car is transferred to our partner, professionally cleaned and made available again in time for your return.
You can choose between the Silver package for CHF 159 and the Gold package for CHF 269. The available services included in the packages are shown directly during online booking or can be requested at our counter when handing over the vehicle. The car wash can be booked either as an additional option during online reservation or when handing over the vehicle at the counter.
Can my electric vehicle be charged while I am away?
Yes, with our Battery Recharge service, we charge your electric vehicle during the parking period for a flat fee of CHF 40. You can add this option directly during online booking or inform our team when handing over the vehicle.
Please note that the actual charge may depend on the vehicle type, battery condition, technical availability and charging infrastructure.
Is airportparking.ch a valet parking service at Zurich Airport?
airportparking.ch offers a parking service at Zurich Airport with personal vehicle and key handover. You do not drive to a remote parking area; instead, you hand over your vehicle directly in car park P3, level 5.
Our team then moves the vehicle to the booked parking space and makes it available again for pick-up when you return. This combines the advantages of valet parking at Zurich Airport with a central handover directly at the terminal.
Where is my vehicle parked while I am away?
Your vehicle is parked on one of our parking spaces close to the airport: outdoors with Standard Parking or covered in a car park with Premium Parking. When you return, your car is ready for pick-up at our counter.
Is my car insured while parked?
Liability is governed by our General Terms and Conditions. After vehicle drop-off, we create a damage report to document the condition of your vehicle.
airportparking.ch is only liable for damage that is demonstrably caused by airportparking.ch employees and is compensable under the General Terms and Conditions. Liability is excluded in particular for damage caused by third parties, theft, natural events such as hail or snow, technical defects, stationary damage or battery problems.

What security measures protect my vehicle?
Our outdoor parking spaces are fenced and checked regularly. Premium Parking is covered and partially video-monitored. Vehicle keys are coded and stored securely; only authorised employees have access.
Please note that there is no permanent personal surveillance of each individual vehicle.
What happens if my vehicle is damaged while I am away?
If you notice damage when the vehicle is returned that was not documented in the damage report at vehicle drop-off, please report it to us immediately on site.
In addition, please send us an e-mail within 24 hours with clear photos and a brief description of the damage to kundendienst@airportparking.ch. We will then open a case and review liability in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
How do I pick up my car when I return?
If a valid flight number has been entered, we track your flight arrival and prepare your vehicle for pick-up in car park P3, level 5, according to your booking. If you booked without a return flight number, please inform us in good time of your planned return time so that we can prepare your vehicle accordingly.
If you take a different flight at short notice or your arrival changes significantly, please adjust your booking online or inform us by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
During counter opening hours from 04:30 to 22:00, you receive your vehicle key directly at the counter. Before 04:30 and after 22:00, you receive your vehicle key via the key box; we automatically send the access code by SMS to the mobile number provided when booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed - do I have to pay extra?
Flight delays on the same calendar day are generally not a problem. Please nevertheless inform us as early as possible if your return changes significantly.
The pick-up time generally corresponds to the landing time of your return flight plus 90 minutes. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
If your return is extended by one or more days, please adjust your booking online or inform us by e-mail. The additional parking duration will be charged according to the currently valid rates.
What happens if I park longer than booked?
If you park longer than booked, please adjust your booking via the booking link if possible or inform us by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch. Please inform us of changes at least 12 hours before the agreed pick-up time.
If the parking duration is extended, the difference will be calculated according to the currently valid rates. In the event of an unannounced deviation of more than 90 minutes, an additional administrative fee of CHF 50 may be charged in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
Can I leave earlier than booked?
An earlier pick-up is generally possible. Please inform us as early as possible of your earlier return, ideally via the booking link or by e-mail to kundendienst@airportparking.ch, so that we can prepare your vehicle in time.
A shorter parking duration generally does not entitle you to a reduction or refund of the parking fee already paid. Without prior notice, waiting times may occur.
Can I enter and exit several times during the booking period?
Our service is designed for one vehicle handover on arrival and one vehicle pick-up on return; multiple entries and exits during the booking period are therefore not intended.
If you urgently need your vehicle in between, please contact us in advance by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch to clarify the options and process individually.
My outbound or return flight has changed - what should I do?

My outbound flight has been cancelled - what should I do?
If you are unable to travel, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
If your vehicle has already been handed over to us or moved by our team, an administrative fee of CHF 50 is due. The remaining parking fee will be refunded. If your outbound flight is only delayed, please adjust the booking via the link in the booking confirmation or inform us by e-mail.
My return flight has been cancelled - what should I do?
Please extend your booking via the link in your booking confirmation or directly on airportparking.ch. Alternatively, please inform us by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
Please inform us of changes at least 12 hours before the agreed pick-up time. If the parking duration is extended, the difference will be calculated according to the currently valid rates. The additional payment can be made online or by card at the counter when you return.
Which vehicle types are accepted? Are there size restrictions?
We accept cars only. The maximum vehicle height for car park P3 is 2 metres. For particularly large vehicles, please contact us in advance so that we can check the availability of suitable spaces. Please send us an e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch.
Are there parking spaces for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Please contact us in advance by e-mail at kundendienst@airportparking.ch. Our team will check the options and do its best to offer you the most suitable solution possible with short access to the terminal lift.
There are no additional costs compared with the rate already paid.
What are the opening hours at Zurich Airport?
Our counter in car park P3, level 5, is personally staffed daily from 04:30 to 22:00. Vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up before 04:30 or after 22:00 are handled via the key box. The relevant information is provided as part of your booking or on site in the counter area.
Outside counter opening hours, you can reach us in urgent cases via the on-call phone. The number is posted on the counter door.
